Mobile Home Financing
In order to finance or re-finance your mobile home, there are three steps you need to take:
STEP 1 -- MOBILE HOME PARK APPLICATION
Fill out applications from the Mobile Home Park you wish to reside at. They'll let you know when you've been "Park Approved"

STEP 2 -- FINANCING APPLICATION
If you want to finance or re-finance your mobile home purchase, you'll need to fill out our on-line application for both the borrower and co-borrower. You may do this by clicking on the following links. It usually takes 2-3 days to hear from our team.
Please Note: You may fill out our application either before or at the same time as you fill out the Park's application.
STEP 3 -- UNDERWRITER APPLICATION
Lastly, you must fill out the on-line form with our underwriter. It usually takes 3-4 days to hear from them. Once you hear from the underwriter, they may have additional requirements they need in order to completely process your application.

Make sure to download and fill out the Uniform Residential Loan Application and the Authorization to Release Information.
Underwriter Fee: There is a $495 charge paid directly to the Underwriter which must be paid prior to scheduling your closing.
Financing Fee: There is a $495 charge for administration and filing fees.
Once you've been approved by all three entities, we'll schedule your closing.
